Apple get's me again.

Every time Apple comes out with a new toy, I have to resist ordering it.....sometimes I don't.   This time I couldn't resist the new iPod Photo.   The color screen and support for photo's did me in.    Now I can carry around not only my entire collection of music but my PAD Photo's too.   Plus I finally get some payoff for making sure that I embedded album art in ALL of my MP3's over the years because the iPod Photo can display that as well.

Looks like Palm finally announced the Treo 650.   Its a nifty device but unfortunately I can't get one until next year since it looks like it will be Sprint only for quite a while.

Oh yeah, I am also building my new computer...I still have to hammer down a few components like a new monitor (Apple 23 vs Sony 23) but I will post an update when I decide for sure.

Placed my Final Order

I haven't been posting much lately because I have been posting every day at my Picture A Day Gallery  But I did put in the final order for my SLK last week so it is official and is planned to be built the first decade (1st 10 days) of November.  I expect to have it by mid December and I can't wait.   Here are the options I ordered.
  • Iridium Silver with Red Leather - My first car with Red Leather, I hope I like it.
  • Comfort Package which includes the power seats and steering wheel.
  • Lighting Package which includes high and low beam Xenon headlights.
  • Entertainment w DVD Navigation which includes the Command head unit, dvd based navigation system and the ability to play MP3 cd's
  • Heating Package which includes heated seat and Airscarf so you drive with the top down on cold days.
  • Premium Package which includes all of the fun gadgets like the Garage Door opener and Rain sensing wipers.
  • 7 Speed Automatic

and of course...

  • The AMG Sport package to give it that masculine car look.
